技術說明

一種接觸式微奈米圖案滾印製程，至少包括：提供一模仁，表面設有圖案結構包括凹陷部與凸狀部；形成一脫模層於凹陷部與凸狀部上；形成一轉印材料層於脫模層上；提供一基板具有相對之第一與第二表面；對基板之第一表面進行一前處理步驟，以使基板之第一表面對轉印材料層之黏著強度大於脫模層對轉印材料層之黏著強度；將基板之第一表面與模仁之表面相對貼合；提供一滾筒於基板之第二表面上，以對基板施加一壓力；利用一加熱光源加熱轉印材料層；利用滾筒進行一滾印步驟，以使位該凸狀部上之轉印材料層與基板之第一表面黏合；以及移除模仁。 A micro/nano-pattern contact roller transferring process is described, comprising: providing a mold having a pattern structure including an indentation portion and a protruding portion; forming a release layer and transferring layer on the surface of mold; providing a substrate; performing a pre-treatment step on the surface of the substrate to make an adhesion force between the first surface of the substrate and the transferring layer be greater than that between the release layer and the transferring layer; putting the first surface of the substrate to oppositely contact the surface of the mold; providing a roller on the second surface of the substrate to apply a pressure on the substrate; using a heating light source to heat the transferring layer; using the roller to perform a roller transferring step to make the transferring layer on the protruding portion bond to the first surface of the substrate; and removing the mold.
