技術說明

本發明利用兩種分別於石斑魚雌雄性別上具有不同程度之表現量分子生物標誌檢測不同性別的石斑魚。在石斑魚種魚管理上，傳統是利用在生殖季節其生殖器特徵作為判斷雌雄石斑魚性別，而在非繁殖季節難以以此特徵區分雌雄種魚，而造成種魚管理上的困難。與傳統方法相比，此項發明結合real-time RT PCR技術能準確並快速偵測出兩種性別標誌，用於區分出雌雄石斑魚。能有效應用於石斑魚種魚管理與篩選，解決種魚管理上雌雄魚難以在非生殖季節準確辨別性別的困窘。 This invention by mean of detecting two genes that have different expression level can determinate different gender in grouper. In the traditional management of grouper broodstocks, grouper gender is determined during spawning season according the genital organs. However, we cannot precisely determine the gender of grouper by this method during non-spawning season and it cause lots of problems on grouper broodstocks management. This invention combine real-time RT PCR technology and kit to detect two genes that have different expression level in each gender, and this kit can precisely and quickly determine male and female grouper. This invention can be applied on grouper management and selection to improve the drawbacks of traditional method on gender determination on grouper.
