技術說明

一種電子元件，用以解決習知電子元件在提高崩潰電壓的同時，也提高了逆向偏壓電流的問題。係包含：一半導體元件，具有一陽極與一陰極，至少一整流接面位於該陽極與該陰極之間；一鈍化層，係覆蓋該至少一整流接面的外緣；及一絕緣層，堆疊於該鈍化層上，該絕緣層的介面含氧密度高於該鈍化層的介面含氧密度。 An electronic component is provided to solve the problem that the conventional electronic component increases the reverse bias current while increasing the breakdown voltage. It comprises: a semiconductor component with an anode and a cathode, at least one rectifying junction is located between the anode and the cathode; a passivation layer covering the outer edge of the at least one rectifying junction; and an insulating layer stacked on the passivation layer, the oxygen areal density of the insulating layer is higher than the oxygen areal density of the passivation layer.
