技術說明

腹式呼吸為一重要的復健或紓壓項目，但臨床常用之量測呼吸生理值並非針對腹式呼吸所設計，在執行過程中，也需有專人量測、專人指導，造成需求者的不便性及成本增加等缺點；此外，傳統(腹式)呼吸訓練裝置，也無法快速、方便使用或移動，且利用面罩、鼻夾或胸式束縛帶、貼片除了引發使用者不舒適性外，便利、美觀性亦有待考量，本發明開發腹式呼吸訓練介面及裝置，包含三個訓練模式，完成後可讓使用者跨越時間、空間、地點的隔閡，隨心所欲、自在舒適的實施腹式呼吸法以達治療、復健或保健的目的。 Abdominal breathing plays an important role in rehabilitation and stress-released procedure. In general, the used clinical quantity exams on respiration system need to have professional managers to carry out between whole procedures. This is not designed for abdominal breathing training and it also causes inconvenient and cost-waste for general users. In addition, the traditional breathing training is unable to use by user self conveniently. It needs the extra mask-bandage-chest utilizing components to influence users’ aspirations and to increase users’ comfortableness. This invention develops the DIY abdominal breathing are three training procedures. It’s easy to use for self training at anywhere, anytime, and any place users want. After finishing the DIY abdominal breathing, users can achieve the purpose of breathing treating and self care comfortably.
