技術說明

利用NTG化學突變法得到1株具耐高溫、高CO2濃度，及耐SOx、NOx能力之Chlorella vulgaris ESP-31-283突變株。A Chlorella vulgaris ESP-31-283 mutant strain with enhanced thermo-tolerance, high CO2, SOx, and NOx tolerances is obtained using NTG mutagenesis.
