技術說明

一種增殖蘭花芽體系統包含一培養裝置及一供應裝置。該培養裝置用以容置至少一蘭花梗節及一培養基，且該蘭花梗節浸置於該培養基中。該供應裝置用以供應一二次代謝物吸附劑至該培養裝置。一種增殖蘭花芽體方法：將該二次代謝物吸附劑添加一次或數次於該培養基，以降低該培養基發生褐化程度；於該培養基中該蘭花梗節經由誘導芽體產生至少一個或數個增生分生苗，因此，此增殖蘭花芽體方法及其系統可以大幅提升生產效率與降低生產成本。 A proliferation system includes a cultivation device and a supplying device. The cultivation device contains at least one orchid stalk and a medium in which to immerse the orchid stalk. The supplying device is applied to supply a secondary metabolite absorbent to the cultivation device. A proliferation method includes: adding the secondary metabolite absorbent at least one or several times to the medium to reduce the occurrence of medium browned; treating the orchid stalk in the medium for inducing at least one or several proliferated mericlones, therefore, this proliferation method and system can improve the production efficiency of plantlets and reduce the production cost.
