技術說明

本發明揭露一種電子束還原圖案化金屬的裝置及其方法，其中，電子束還原圖案化金屬的裝置係可在基板上直接產生金屬圖案，該裝置包含：一電子束系統，具有準直、聚焦與掃描電子束的功能；一窗口薄膜，隔離真空、並做為電子束穿透窗口；一載台，置於該電子束窗口方向；一基板，置於該載台，面向電子束；一液體薄層，含有金屬離子的溶液，置於該基板面向電子束方向表面；以及一環境控制裝置，控制該基板表面的溫度、壓力、與環境氣氛。 一種電子束還原圖案化金屬的方法，可在基板上直接產生金屬圖案，係利用電子束還原圖案化金屬的裝置，將電子束聚焦於基板上，並以預先設計的路徑掃描電子束，直至基板上還原的金屬累積形成預設的圖案。 The present invention disclosed an electron beam apparatus of the patterned metal reduction, in which the metal lines or patterns can be directly produced on a substrate by the electron beam apparatus. The electron beam apparatus comprises, an electron beam system with functions of collimating, focusing and scanning the beam; a electron-transparent membrane with vacuum chamber for the electron beam to penetrate through, a stage placed in the direction of the electron beam window; a substrate disposed on the stage facing toward the direction of the electron beam; a thin liquid layer of a solution containing metal ions, disposed in the direction of the substrate surface facing the electron beam; an environment control device for controlling temperature, pressure, and atmosphere of the substrate.
