技術說明

本發明係為一種心震圖譜之量測系統及其量測方法，其係藉由設置至少一個加速規於人體心臟瓣膜位置量測而得至少一心震圖，以及複數個心電圖量測電極所測得之一心電圖傳送至一處理單元，該處理單元將該些心震圖及該心電圖進行量測時點同步化之後，將其與自心臟超音波所獲得之特徵點及相關參數進行比對，藉以判斷受測者心臟搏動之情況，並藉由一傳輸單元將比對結果傳送至一終端單元，使受試者得以了解自身心臟搏動之情況；藉由此一系統，得以更為簡便的方式獲得心臟搏動情況，使受試者於居家環境或醫療院所在不用購置昂貴儀器的狀況下，獲得同等精確的量測結果。 A system and associated methods for measuring mechanocardiography (MCG) spectrum includes at least one accelerometer for measuring mechanocardiography at the auscultation region of the heart sound. In addition, multiple electrocardiography (ECG) electrodes were used to detect synchronized ECG signals. The MCG and ECG signals were then send to a processing unit for featured points / values identification. The bench data of these featured points / values includes clinical data collected of the times of occurrence of cardiac events with that of an echocardiograph used for evaluating the heart performance and heart health. A transmission unit was then used to send the heart health messages to the remote unit for assessing of the heart function of the test subject. This system may be used in home environment or hospital without purchasing expensive echocardiography equipments for heart performance and heart health assessments.
