技術說明

本發明係有關一種強制循環太陽能熱水器，其包括相互連通的一第一單元、一第二單元、一集熱單元及一控制部，第一單元用以儲存並輸出具有預定溫度的熱水，第二單元用以將降溫之熱水與水液的其中之一供入集熱單元，而加熱成具預定溫度的熱水。控制部用以控制集熱單元將水液加熱成具預定溫度的熱水，才供入第一單元。當第一單元內之熱水溫度下降至某一預定溫度時，控制部則將降溫的熱水強制由第一單元輸出至第二單元，再供入集熱單元加熱成具預定溫度的熱水，而重覆供入第一單元。故，本案兼具智慧型強制加熱設計、外部循環只供入具預定溫度的熱水、內部循環可維持水溫、具有輔助加熱設計與節能省電等優點及功效。 This device applied fuzzy control to improve the solar heat absorbance efficiency of a forced circulation solar water heater system, and simplify the user settings. The forced circulation solar water heater system controls the startup and stopping of the circulating pump based on the temperature difference between the outlet and inlet of the collector. However, the solar heat absorbance efficiency of the traditional control mode is limited to the manual settings of the temperature difference and the weather conditions. Therefore, the fuzzy control is used to adapt to the uncertainty of sunshine duration and modulate the temperature difference to maximize solar heat absorbance efficiency, so the maximum heat energy transfer can be reached, and the low set value resulting in continuous running of the circulating pump can be avoided.
