技術說明

一種冷卻水塔之風筒改良結構，該冷卻水塔之風筒內設置有一風扇，並於風扇下方之風筒環繞開設有數個誘導孔，再將一擴散風筒設置於風筒端，即形成本件之冷卻水塔之風筒改良結構；當冷卻水塔開始運作時，冷空氣會由冷卻水塔進風孔吸入，冷空氣即會針對空調主機的冷卻水進行熱交換，而產生的熱空氣將會受到風扇吸引而排出，由於習用冷卻水塔之熱空氣易產生回流現象，此時利用風筒上開設的誘導孔，熱空氣將會再次受到風扇的吸引，而經由誘導孔再次進入風筒內並經由風扇排出，由於可避免發生回流現象，將能有效提升空調主機使用效率。 The primary objective of this invention is to provide an improved structure of cooling tower that can avoid the short circulation of the warm and wet air refluxing into the cooling tower, by means of induction openings and a diffuser stack, so that the water chiller has an increased efficiency. Another objective of this invention is to provide an improved structure of cooling tower that can increase the heat removal efficiency of the cooling tower and the energy efficiency of the associated water chiller, so as to decrease the power consumption.
