雞肝水解物於製備促進酒精代謝以及降低肝臟纖維化組成物之用途

慢性肝炎及肝硬化為台灣署公告之2014年的十大死因之一,且肝癌亦為十大至死癌症之一,因此肝病的預防與治療是台灣重要的衛生保健課題。長期過度飲酒會造成酒精性肝損傷,但目前並無有效預防或治療之方法,故具有護肝功效之醫藥保健品之研發為極具經濟價值之研究方向。研發之將雞肝以酵素水解,獲得一含有多種游離胺基酸以及其他有效成分之雞肝水解物(CLHs)。本研發之雞肝水解物具有抗氧化及調節血脂能力,且能降低酒精或硫代乙醯胺誘發之肝臟發炎反應或是肝臟損傷之現象。 According to the report of Taiwan Ministry of Health and welfare, chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis is in one of the 10 leading causes of death in 2014, and liver cancer is one of the 10 leading lethal cancers in Taiwan. The prevention and treatment of liver diseases became an important issue of healthcare in Taiwan. Chronic excessive alcohol consumption induces alcoholic liver disease (ALD) and there is still no effective method to prevent or to treat ALD. Thus, investigation and development of liver-protection medical or nutraceutical is a topic with highly economic value. This study included chicken liver hydrolysates(CLHs) obtained by hydrolyzing chicken liver with enzymes, and the CLHs contains multiple free amino acids and other effective ingredients. The functions of the CLHs include anti-oxidation, blood- lipid regulation, and mitigation of alcohol-induced or thioacetamide-induced liver damage.
