技術說明

本發明提供一種微通道反應教學裝置，其包含:一本體，其為透明狀，本體之兩端分別設有兩導引微通道及一集合微通道，兩導引微通道為相互連通，用於分別注入一醇類及一油脂；複數反應部，其連通於兩導引微通道及集合微通道，且反應部彼此相互連通，各反應部包含複數反應微通道；以及複數擾流塊，其凸設於各反應微通道之內壁兩側，擾流塊為同向傾斜設置。藉此，當轉酯化反應完之後，反應部中的醇類及油脂會沿著擾流塊往集合微通道方向流動，俾使擾流塊不會殘留額外醇類或油脂之液體。 A microchannel reaction tutorial device includes a main body, a plurality of reaction portions, and a plurality of spoiler blocks. The main body is transparent, with two ends thereof provided with two guiding channels and a gathering channel, respectively, wherein the two guiding channels are connected for imputing an alcohol and an oil, respectively. The reaction portions are connected with the two guiding channels and the gathering channel. Also, the reaction portions are connected with each other and provided with a plurality or reaction channels. The spoiler blocks are convexly disposed on the inner walls of the reaction channels toward the same direction. With such configuration, when the trans-esterification is complete, the alcohol and oil in the reaction portions flow toward the gathering channel, such that no residual liquid remains in the spoiler blocks.
