錫酸鋅尖晶石螢光粉體的製備方法

本發明係提供一種以膠粒溶凝膠技術製備錫酸鋅(Zn2SnO4)尖晶石螢光粉體之方法,其係由金屬鹽類及溶劑經水解與縮聚合反應及退火處理製備;本發明之白光螢光材料具有單一主體材料發白光特性,可改善既有白光材料色偏的缺點,本發明之方法設備較簡單,可大幅降低製造成本,也可利用摻雜過渡金屬顯著增進發光強度與效率;本發明製備出優異的白光螢光材料,應用於發光二極體及顯示器元件,可成為一種省電、高亮度、高效率、及低污染的綠色照明產品。 This invention discloses a colloidal sol–gel technology for preparing zinc stannate (Zn2SnO4) spinel powder phosphors. The phosphor powders are prepared by the hydrolysis-polycondensation reaction of metal salts and solvents, and annealing treatment. The present invention also provide white light emission phosphors of single host, which can improve the color rendering of conventional materials. The method of the invention is simple and can reduce the manufacturing cost greatly, and can also significantly improve the luminous intensity and efficiency by doping with transition metals. The white light emission phosphors can be applied to the light emitting diode and the display devises, and can become a green lighting product with energy saving, high brightness, high efficiency and low pollution.
