技術說明

一種陶瓷電池結構，係包含有一上電極層、一下電極層，而該上電極層與該下電極層之間係包含有至少一層的電解質層及電子阻絕層，其中該電解質層之材料係選自於SSZ、SDC或YSZ電解質材料，而該電子阻絕層之材料係選自於LDC或LSGM電解質材料，且該電解質層與該電子阻絕層之厚度係介於0.5μ至50μ之間，其中該電子阻絕層之存在將能夠克服單獨電解質層的缺點，並提高整體製程後所量測的電性表現。陶瓷電池結構陶瓷電池結構陶瓷電池結構陶瓷電池結構 A ceramic cell structure, system includes an upper electrode layer, a lower electrode layer and the upper layer between the electrodes and the lower electrode layer system comprises at least one layer of an electrolyte layer and an electron denial layer, wherein the material of the electrolyte layer is selected from in SSZ, SDC or YSZ electrolyte material, and the material system of the electron layer is selected from LDC denial or LSGM electrolyte material between 0.5μ to 50μ and the thickness of the electrolyte layer and the electron line between denial layer, wherein the electronic layer will be able to block the presence overcome the drawbacks separate the electrolyte layer, and improve the overall process after the measured amount of electrical performance.
