鈦酸氫鈉之製備方法

本發明是於常壓及低溫下(<100oC),以導線連接鈦膜或氮化鈦膜矽晶片及白金,形成化學電池,結合傳統的水熱法,將鈦膜浸入NaOH溶液中反應,於高濃度NaOH下會形成NaHTi3O7(鈦酸氫鈉)薄膜。 此材料製程特點為: 1.與傳統水熱法比較,此製程可大幅加速薄膜成長。 2.在低於100oC下,即可製備出薄膜,製程設備簡易(不需壓力釜),屬節能製程。 3.單一製程,改變溶液濃度即可生成NaHTi3O7薄膜。 This invention is to synthesize titanium oxide and/or NaHTiO3 films by a hydrothermal- galvanic couple technique below 100oC under atmospheric pressure. The sputtered titanium films were immersed in the NaOH solution at medium temperatures aided by a galvanic couple setup in which the specimen was used a anode and Pt was utilized a cathode without a power supply. While NaHTi3O7 could be formed at higher concentration. Some characteristics of this process include: 1.This process has a faster growth rate than a conventional hydrothermal method. 2.This green process can be performed below 100oC and, hence no autoclave is needed. 3.NaHTi3O7 films can be prepared using almost the same conditions and by varying the NaOH concentration.
