技術說明

本發明係關於一種具口腔保健功能之磷酸鈣衍生物及其載體(carrier)系統，可應用於口腔牙齒保健之功能性產品。本研究之構想在以磷酸鈣為主，利用濕式合成技術，外插入一種或以上之陰離子，使鈣離子兩端同時鍵結不同的陰離子，形成非對稱性結構(irregular structure)，不僅可以使該磷酸鈣衍生物具低結晶性構造，增加溶解度，提高釋放鈣離子效率及濃度，同時保持材料在水中之穩定性，配合可對抗口腔潮濕環境之貼片式(patches)載體系統，使材料所釋放之鈣離子能到達牙齒病灶處並提供一個良好的產品操作介面，用以預防齲齒，幫助牙齒結構之修復。 An oral care of compound and the delivery systems. The calcium phosphate derivatives had high solubility and stabilization of the amorphous structure in water. The delivery systems offered materials the good adhesion to the tooth surface and anti-washout. The oral care product not only prevents dental caries, but also promotes the teeth remineralization.
