技術說明

本技術系在於提供一種製程、電壓及溫度偵測電路，其包含一啟動電路、一門檻電壓偵測電路、一電壓溫度偵測電路、一製程編碼產生電路及一電壓溫度編碼產生電路。其中該啟動電路能接生一時脈訊號及一致能訊號，其門檻電壓偵測器及電壓溫度偵測器電性連接一啟動電路，而製程編碼產生電路電性連接其門檻電壓偵測器，該電壓溫度編碼產生電路電性連接該電壓溫度偵測器。本技術可藉由該門檻電壓偵測器偵測出所有製程角落，另外藉由該溫度偵測器，以時間延遲的方式偵測出電壓源及溫度飄移，可有效偵測出製程、電壓及溫度之變異。 A porcess, voltage, and temperature detection circuit comprises a start-up circuit, a threshold voltage detector, a voltage/temperature detector, a process code generator, and a voltage/temperature code generator, wherein a pulse signal and an enable signal are received by the start-up circuit, the threshold voltage detector, and the voltage/temperature detector are electrically connected with the start-up circuit, the process code generator is electrically connected with the threshold voltage detector, and the voltage/temperature code generator is electrically connected with the voltage/temperature detector.
