技術說明

本發明揭露一種低飄移偏差之電流感測放大器及其操作方法，其中電流感測放大器包含一感測放大器、一第一電流供應單元、一第二電流供應單元以及一處理單元。第一電流供應單元係耦接感測放大器，且具有一第一電晶體組及一第一電流輸出端。第二電流供應單元係耦接感測放大器，且具有一第二電晶體組及一第二電流輸出端。處理單元根據該第一電流輸出端以及該第二電流輸出端各別輸出之電流，以各別控制第一電晶體組與第二電晶體組中部分電晶體的開與關。 The present invention discloses a low offset current sense amplifier and an operating method thereof. The low offset current sense amplifier comprises a sense amplifier, a first current providing unit, a second current providing unit and a processing unit. The first current providing unit is coupled to the sense amplifier, and comprises a first transistor set and a first current output terminal. The second current providing unit is coupled to the sense amplifier, and comprises a second transistor set and a second current output terminal. The processing unit controls the on-off switches of some transistors of the first transistor set and the second transistor set respectively according to the currents output from the first current output terminal and the second current output terminal, respectively.
