本發明提供一種製備方法,包含:製備包含複數 氧化石墨烯的氧化石墨烯溶液;製備包含複數奈米初始複合結構的奈米顆粒溶液,奈米初始複合結構包含複數聚多巴胺層包覆的奈米鑽石;提供混合作業,將氧化石墨烯溶液與奈米顆粒溶液混合為混合溶液;提供預備膜成型作業,抽濾混合溶液,保留混合之氧化石墨烯及奈米初始複合結構形成預備膜;提供熱處理作業,加熱預備膜使氧化石墨烯還原為複數還原石墨烯,使奈米初始複合結構的聚多巴胺層變為複數碳層,藉此形成高熱傳導散熱複合膜,以使高熱傳導散熱複合膜具有良好的垂直方向及水平方向導熱性。 The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of a high thermal conductive hybrid film. The method includes: preparing a graphene oxide solution with a plurality of graphene oxides; preparing a nano-particle solution with a plurality of 第6頁,共3頁(發明摘要) nano initiative hybrid-structures, each of the nano initiative hybrid-structure including a nano-diamond covered by a polydopamine layer; providing a mixing process for mixing the graphene oxide solution and the nano-particle solution to obtain a mixing solution; providing a preliminary-film forming process to filtrate the mixing solution such that a mixture of the graphene oxides and the nano initiative hybrid- structures is remained so as to form a preliminary film; and providing a heating process to heat the preliminary-film such that the graphene oxides are reduced to produce reduced graphene oxides and each polydopomine layers becomes a carbon layer. Accordingly, the nano initiative hybrid-structures becomes a plurality of nano hybrid-structures. Therefore, a high thermal conductive hybrid film is formed. Moreover, the thermal conductivities of the high thermal conductive hybrid film in through-plane and in-plane directions are increased.
