可攜式酸鹼值量測裝置

一種可攜式酸鹼值量測裝置,藉由酸鹼離子感測場效電晶體(簡稱pH-ISFET)感測元件浸泡在 未知溶液中,當pH-ISFET感測元件與不同pH值溶液接觸時會在閘極與溶液接觸之界面產生不 同的電位變化,使得通道之電流發生改變,由此特性量測水溶液的酸鹼值或是其它離子之濃 度,所測得之電訊號經訊號準位調整和類比/數位訊號轉換傳輸至8051單晶片微電腦處理器計 算酸鹼度,同時在LCD液晶顯示器上顯示出量測結果,作為評估未知溶液之酸鹼度。 A portable pH measurement device was used to detect pH in unknown solution with pH Ion Field-Effect Transistor (pH-ISFET) sensor device. The pH-ISFET sensor device was immersed in different solutions, which caused the different potential from the gate of pH-ISFET, and changed the channel current. The characteristics of the pH-ISFET were applied to measure pH value or ion concentration in solutions, which measured electrical signal was transformed to digital signal and transferred to the 8051 single chip. The microprocessor of the 8051 single chip can calculate the pH values in unknown solutions and the measure results and show them on LCD display.
