技術說明

本專利設計一用於四輪直驅之電動車之輪內馬達，此電動車用輪內馬達具有結構簡單、效率高及重量輕之優點，並採用內轉型結構可直接置於輪圈中，而不需額外機械結構。電動車用輪內馬達搭配極與槽的最佳組合與修正磁石形狀及定子齒部的幾何設計，以降低馬達頓轉轉矩及轉矩抖動，使得車輛行駛時較為舒適。電動車用輪內馬達並使用六相的馬達繞組的接線，可減少繞組並聯環流及功率轉換器容量分散。且若一組繞組故障，另一組繞組方能減載而繼續運轉，以提高系統可靠度。 This is Description is concerned with the development of high efficiency and compact wheel-hub motor for four-wheel direct drive electric vehicle. The advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor are low weight and high efficiency. The motor is directly mounted inside wheel that does not need external gear and transmission. In this report, multi-pole, multi-phase, optimal pole and slot ratio, rotor magnet shape and stator teeth was designed to reduce cogging torque and torque ripple for driver comfortable. The motor winding will be connected to six-phase constructor, can be reduced parallel current of winding and disperse capacity of power converter. In operation, a set of windings is broken, another one could be reduced capacity and continuous operation.
