技術說明

混凝土為世界上應用最廣的材料，混凝土經過澆注後通常得以適當的養護。傳統的混凝土養護係使用的”外加”方法如滯水法或持續灑水法等。本發明係有關於一種水膠、其製備方法、以及包含其之混凝土及水泥砂漿，該水膠具有下式1之結構： [式1] 其中，m、n、p各自獨立為10至1000之整數。添加有本發明之水膠之混凝土或水泥砂漿不僅可具有高保水效果，且更能增加抗壓強度，減少因溼度不足塑性收縮產生之裂縫，而更可提升混凝土或水泥砂漿之耐久性。因此，本發明之PASAM水膠實為一種具高性能之養護劑。 A new hydrogel is disclosed, which has a structure as formula 1: [formula 1] wherein each of m, n, and p dependently is an integer between 10 and 1000. The addition of this hydrogel into mortars or concrete can decrease the water loss in the mortars or concrete. Furthermore, using this hydrogel as a self-curing agent in the mortars or concrete can also improve the compressive strength; reduce the formation of cracks due to plastic shrinkage; and increase the durability of the mortars and concrete. Therefore, this hydrogel of the present invention is indeed an excellent self-curing agent of mortars and concrete. The method of fabricating this hydrogel and the mortars and concrete comprising this hydrogel are also disclosed.
