技術說明

本發明具有可反射光之黏著層的發光二極體晶片包含基材、提供電能時以光電效應產生光的磊晶膜、連結基材與磊晶膜的黏著層，及對磊晶膜提供電能的電極單元，磊晶膜的底面與頂面經過粗化而具有100nm以上的粗糙度而使光容易被取出，黏著層由具有高熱傳導係數的微粒與膠材所構成，微粒尺寸大於磊晶膜的發光波長並具有高光反射率，且折射係數大於空氣與膠材，膠材的折射係數大於空氣但小於磊晶層，藉此反射光而使光更無向性地自磊晶膜頂面射出，提昇光取出率與發光亮度，同時藉微粒與膠材將廢熱傳導至基材，解決元件熱堆積的問題。 The present invention has a substrate adhesive layer to provide power, the link base and the adhesive layer of the epilayer and the epilayer is provided on the power the electrode unit, the bottom surface and the top surface of the epilayer having roughened through 100 nm light leaving the surface roughness more easily removed, and the adhesive layer composed of a particulate plastic material having a high thermal conductivity of the composition, particle size greater than the epilayer and an emission wavelength having a high light reflectance, and the refractive index than air and plastic material, plastic material is larger than the refractive index of air but smaller than the epilayer, thereby leaving the light becomes the reflected light from the isotropic to the top surface of the epilayer is emitted enhance the emission luminance and light extraction rate.
