技術說明

本設計提出具有製程、電壓之2倍電壓輸出緩衝器，製程偵測器可以偵測訊號上升時的延遲差異，藉此偵測出製程角落；電壓偵測器利用帶隙偏壓電路較不受電壓漂移的影響的特性，以及PMOS二極體對VDD作分壓後產生的偏壓較容易受到電壓漂移的影響的特性，以電壓比較器比較出二者的漂移量，偵測出電壓角落。 　　在輸出級中製程與電壓分別有三條電流補償路徑，輸出級接收來自製程偵測器與電壓偵測器之訊號，根據偵測角落，分別開啟製程與電壓之電流補償路徑。 The design are composed of “A 2xVDD output buffer with process, voltage compensation”. The process detector can detect the signal rise time delay difference,so as to detect process corners. The voltage detector used the bandgap bias is less sensitive to voltage drift. And the PMOS diode bias is sensitive to voltage drift. To used comparator compare both bias difference so as to detect voltage corner. 　　Process and voltage each have three current compensation path in the output stage. The output stage open or close the current compensation path to base on signals from process detector and voltage dectector.
