技術說明

根據我們的研究，可撓式白光發光二極體結構，其產品定位為和OLED競爭，其發光效率及色均勻性表現更為重要，故改善可撓式結構之光學均勻度及發光效率更顯重要。此外，文獻中雖提及可撓式發光二極體的結構特性，但並沒有針對其發光均勻特性作進一步的研究與解釋。本發明係提供一種可撓式白光發光二極體封裝結構，應用於一平面裝置中，且其至少包含一基板、一發光元件、封膠以及螢光粉膠片。發光元件設置於基板上。封膠填滿以封裝發光元件，且該些螢光粉體係分佈於膠片中。其中上述封膠更摻雜有複數個散射粒子。另外，上述封裝結構的製作方法亦揭露於本發明中。 A flexible white light emitted diode package structure applied for method for a solid-state lighting apparatus is disclosed in the present invention and at least comprises a flexible substrate, number of light emitting diode, an encapsulate, a plurality of fluorescent powers and a phosphor film with micro structure. The light emitting member is disposed on the substrate. The encapsulant is provided over the flexible substrate for packing the light emitting member therein, and the fluorescent powders are dispersed in the encapsulant. Furthermore, there is a plurality of scattering particles doped into the encapsulant. On the other hand, a method for manufacturing the above flexible white light emitted diode structure is also disclosed in the present invention.
