技術說明

本發明揭示一種製備承載於氧化鈰-氧化錳混合擔體之鈀觸媒之製造方法,及一種在奈米鈀承載於氧化鈰-氧化錳之觸媒催化下,在空氣中有機廢氣與氧氣反應以去除有機廢氣之方法;鈀重量百分比0.5至2 wt.%,氧化鈰 :氧化錳的莫耳比例為1:9至9:1之間,其特徵是將硝酸鈰、硝酸錳溶於去離子水中,再加入氨水溶液並攪拌4至12小時,製備氧化鈰-氧化錳擔體,接著在50至200℃乾燥,再升溫至400至500℃之間,維持在最後溫度鍛燒2至10小時。將硝酸鈀水溶液含浸於氧化鈰-氧化錳,接著在50至200℃乾燥2至10小時,升溫至200至400℃之間,維持在最後溫度鍛燒2至10小時。以含有奈米鈀/氧化鈰-氧化錳在有機廢氣於空氣中,使用填充床反應器,於50至250℃之間之任一溫度下反應,使空氣中有機廢氣完全氧化。 This invention declares the method of preparation of cerium oxide-manganese oxide supported nano-palladium catalysts and the process of destruction of VOCs in air to remove VOCs using the above catalysts. Weight percent of palladium is between 0.5 to 2.0 , molar ratio of cerium oxide to manganese oxide between 1:9 to 9:1, feature of this invention is dissolve cerium nitrate and manganese nitrate in DI water, then adding ammonia and stirring 4 to 12 hours to prepare cerium oxide - manganese oxide support, dry it 2~10 hours between 50 to 200℃, further upgrade temperature to 400~500℃, maintain this temperature 2~10 hours. Impregnant palladium nitrate sol. to cerium oxide-manganese oxide,dry it 2~10 hours between 50 to 200℃, and further upgrade temperature to 200~400℃, and maintain this temperature calcine 2~10 hours. Destruction of VOCs in air stream over these catalysts is carried out in a fixed bed reactor to remove VOCs at 50~250℃.
