技術說明

一種將螺帽鑲嵌於金屬板的製造方法,其係將一螺帽暫時性地設置於一沖頭的一暫時固持部,並在一單次沖壓行程中,依序以該沖頭的一沖孔部沖壓一金屬板,以使該金屬板形成一容置孔,接著,以該沖頭的一擴孔部穿入該容置孔,以擴大該容置孔的一孔徑,接著,藉由該沖頭將暫時性地設置於該暫時固持部的該螺帽鑲嵌於該容置孔中。 This invention discloses a method for inlaying nut on metal sheet. A nut is placed on a provisional holding part of a punch provisionally. In a single punching stroke, a punching part of the punch punches a metal sheet to form a accommodation hole, then a expanding part of the punch passes through the accommodation hole to expand the diameter of the accommodation hole and the nut on the provisional holding part is inlaid in the accommodation hole by the punch.
