技術說明

將至少一種含有鉑金屬錯化合物水溶液，並添加檸檬酸之酸性溶液，放入一反應槽中做為電鍍溶液，在一外加負電位下，沈積該顆粒狀鉑金屬或其合金金屬於導電電極表面之電鍍製程，上述之酸性溶液將能有效提供電鍍時的導離子率，而所添加之檸檬酸之酸性溶液則可以有效地提升顆粒狀鉑金屬或其合金金屬的分散度，並降低上述顆粒狀鉑金屬或其合金金屬的粒徑。本發明係提供一種以電鍍法製備鉑及鉑基合金奈米顆粒之方法，尤指添加檸檬酸於電鍍製程之電鍍液中，讓沈積在電極表面之鉑及鉑基合金金屬顆粒的尺寸能夠奈米化並有良好的分散度。 An acidic solution at least containing with platinum metal salt complexes as electrodeposition electrolyte, containing citric acid and other metal salt complexes is disclosed in this patent. The solution is put into a reactor; applying negative potentials, at least platinum metal is deposited onto the surface of an electrode. The acid solution provides the ionic conductivity during the electrodeposition process; the citric acid can reduce the particle size of the metal deposited onto the electrode surface. At the same time, the citric acid can be a stabilizer which can prevent the metal deposits from agglomeration and the metal deposits are well distributed.
