本發明提供一種基於影像辨識之音訊內容檢索方法。該方法主要包含下列步驟；(1)在建置與索引的步驟中，動態地在一音訊檔中插入至少一辨識資料，作為該音訊檔中至少一音訊片段的一索引；其中，該辨識資料係由對使用者手寫的一符號或已存在之一圖像進行影像識別/辨識而得，且該辨識資料及該音訊檔會被儲存至一資料庫。(2)在讀取與播放步驟中，對使用者手寫的該符號或已存在之一圖像進行影像識別/辨識，以得到一辨識資料，根據該辨識資料至該資料庫搜尋，以擷取該音訊檔中與該辨識資料對應的該音訊片段進行播放。 The present invention provides a novel method for audio indexing based on image recognition. The method includes two phases. (1) The indexing phase: system dynamically inserts at least one of the identification data in an audio file as an index of an audio fragment, where the identification data are obtained by recognizing/identifying the user handwritten symbols or the existing images. The identification data and the audio files will be saved to a database. (2) The playback phase: the user's handwriting symbol or an existing image will be recognized/identificated to get the identification data. Then, the corresponding audio clips will be playback based on the identification data.
