技術說明

本發明係關於一種脈衝式氟離子電滲入裝置，包括至少一電極裝置，其內包括至少一電極元件及一含氟電解質，該至少一電極元件係操作以接受一電動勢以將該含氟電解質驅動至一生物介面；以及一電源裝置，係電性連接至該電極裝置，並至少提供該至少一電極元件之一波形為週期性脈衝電壓。目前電離子導入的電化學方式為計時安培法chronoamperometry (CA)，本發明利用微分脈衝伏安法differential-pulse voltammetry (DPV)，測試不同的OCV pulse時間(0.002 sec~0.008 sec)及10 V pulse時間(0.002 sec~0.008 sec)，以XPS量測F/Ca+F ratio，結果顯示微分脈衝伏安法比計時安培法明顯可以導入更多的氟離子進入牙釉質。結果顯示DPV (0.005s:0.02s)、DPV (0.005s:0.005s)、 DPV (0.02s:0.005s)之F/Ca+F ratio明顯比CA高，以pH cycling、ion chromatography分析結果亦顯示DPV比CA有更好的抵抗去礦化和增進再礦化的效果。 The present invention provides a device for fluoride iontophoresis, comprising at least one electrode device containing at least one electrode element and a fluoride-containing electrolyte, wherein the electrode element is operated via an electromotive force to drive the fluoride-containing electrolyte into a biological interface; and a power supply connecting electrically to the electrode device and at least providing a periodic, pulse excitation signal to the electrode element.
