一種管狀式線性電機,包含:一定子單元及一動子單元。該定子單元更包含一中空軸筒、二線性軸承及數個線圈繞組,該中空軸筒具有二相對軸向端部及一內環面,該二線性軸承分別設置在該中空軸筒之二相對軸向端部,該線圈繞組係環繞在該中空軸筒內壁面;該動子單元更包含一軸桿、數個軸向磁化磁鐵及數個徑向磁化磁鐵,該軸桿可軸向移動的結合在該中空軸筒之二線性軸承,該軸向磁化磁鐵及該徑向磁化磁鐵係分別環設在該軸桿之外周面,且該軸向磁化磁鐵與該徑向磁化磁鐵在軸向上呈交替堆疊設置;其中該定子單元及該動子單元之間藉由結構設計,使該管狀式線性電機可達最佳之輸出效能 A tubular linear machine consists of a stator unit and a movable unit. The stator unit includes a hollow shaft tube, two linear bearings and sets of coil units. The hollow shaft tube has two opposing axial ends and an inner peripheral surface. The linear bearings are disposed on the opposing axial ends of the hollow shaft tube, respectively. The coil units are wound around an inner peripheral surface of the hollow shaft tube. The movable unit includes a shaft, sets of axially-magnetized and radially-magnetized magnets. The shaft may axially movably couple to the linear bearings. The axially-magnetized magnets and radially-magnetized magnets are disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft, with the axially-magnetized magnets arranged in an interlaced manner with the radially-magnetized magnets in an axial direction. The output efficiency of the tubular linear machine may be optimized based on the structural designs of the stator unit and the movable unit.
