光學非線性晶體光波導及其製作方法

一種光學非線性晶體光波導包含複數個一維或二維分佈之週期性或準週期性疇反轉結構以及埋入式帶狀光波導結構。每一該些疇反轉結構係為一Z-切或Y-切光學非線性晶體。埋入式帶狀光波導結構形成於該些疇反轉結構中,用以進行非線性光學參量產生。再者,一種光學非線性晶體光波導之製作方法亦在此揭露。A nonlinear optical crystal optical waveguide includes a plurality of periodically poled domain inversion structures or aperiodically poled domain inversion structures with 1D or 2D. Each of domain inversion structures is a z-cut nonlinear optical crystal or a y-cut nonlinear optical crystal. An embedded strip optical waveguide structure is formed in the domain inversion structures for performing an optical parametric generation. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing the nonlinear optical crystal optical waveguide is disclosed herein.
