技術說明

中高溫型燃料電池需要在160℃以上工作,固態電解質燃料電池甚至需要在大於500℃以上才能運作,從常溫到預定的工作溫度,需要外部系統加熱,此加熱系統在一般方式為腔體加熱和預熱氣體,前者因加熱區域太大,啟動緩慢,需要將反應腔體區包圍,所以裝置龐大,成本高昂;後者藉預熱流道氣體,間接加熱反應電極,達到加快啟動的目的,但此氣體加熱裝置多為金屬,即使已達工作溫度不再加熱,仍留在原位承受工作高熱,容易導致熱劣化,本申請案改為直接加熱在固態電極上,熱效率更高,啟動更快,而且加熱裝置在腔體外,在燃料電池發電產熱過程,除無熱劣化之虞,亦可設計成移動式,針對特定區域和熱場設計作程式化升溫。 High temperature fuel cell system operates at temperature higher than 160oC, and even higher than 500oC in solid state electrolyte fuel cell system. Elevating from room temperature to working temperature requires heating by external heating system, normally via chamber heating and preheated gases, the former takes high cost in large equipment due to large heating area which leads to turn-on slowly and needs to operate in surround .The latter is indirectly heating the reactive electrode in order to accelerate its turn-on; nevertheless, the equipment is almost made of metals, which endures degradation by heating even when the heating is stopped at working temperature. In this application case the heating system is modified via directly heating in solid state electrode to improve the efficiency and turn on faster. In addition to equip outside the chamber to avoid degradation by heat, the heating system could be movable and Programmed to heating specific area and designed heating zone.
