技術說明

本發明為一種複合型奈米結構及其製作方法。該方法包含下列步驟：提供一基板；於該基板的一基板表面上形成一金屬尖錐陣列，該金屬尖錐陣列具有多個以週期性方式排列的金屬尖錐，且於該些金屬尖錐之間的該基板表面係呈現為一空隙；以及於該空隙與每一該金屬尖錐之表面上形成一金屬顆粒層，該金屬顆粒層具有多個金屬顆粒。其中，該金屬尖錐陣列為一次微米等級，該些金屬顆粒為一奈米等級，且該些金屬尖錐與該些金屬顆粒係符合一表面電漿子共振性質與一電漿子頻帶性質。 A hybrid nanostructures and its manufacturing method is provided. The method includes steps of: providing a substrate; forming a metal pyramid array which has a plurality of metal pyramids arranged in a periodic manner on a substrate surface of the substrate, and the substrate surface between the metal pyramids appears a gap; and forming a metal particle layer which has a plurality of metal particles on the gap and the surface of each of the metal pyramids. Wherein, the metal pyramid array is in a submicron level, the metal particles are in a nano level, and the metal pyramids and the metal particles conforms a behavior of the surface plasmon resonance and the plasmon band.
