本 發 明 一 實 施 例 提 供 一 種 奈 米 粒 子 脹 的 形 成 方 法 ， 包含 先 製 備 包 含 溶 劑 與 過 飽 和 奈 米 粒 子 的 奈 米 粒 子 溶 液 ， 且 奈 米 粒 子 表 面 具 有 表 面 配 位 分 子 ， 接 著 浸 沒 基 板 於 奈 米 粒 子 溶 液 後 再 拉 出 ， 以 形 成 奈 米 粒 子 單 層 於 基 板 上 ， 構 成 奈 米 粒 子 脹 。 本 發 明 另 一 實 施 例 提 供 一 種 奈 米 粒 子 脹 ， 包 含 一 或 多 層 奈 米 粒 子 單 層 ， 奈 米 粒 子 單 層 由 二 維 奈 米 粒 子 陣 列 構 成 ， 其相 鄰 奈 米 粒 子 靜 近 場 搞 合 ， 並 透 過 改 變 奈 米 粒 子 單 層 的 層數 ， 調 整 奈 米 粒子 脹 的 表 面 電 漿 共 振 性 質 。 One embodiment of the present invention provides a method forforming a nanoparticle film， which comprises the steps of: preparing a nanoparticle solution， which comprises a solvent and supersaturated nanoparticles with surface ligand molecules; and dip coating a sub- strate to the nanoparticle solutions to form a first monolayer of the nan- oparticles on the substrate， the first monolayer and repeatedly formed monolayers on top of the first monolayer constructing the nanoparticle film. Another embodiment of the present invention provides a nano- particle film， comprising a first monolayer consisted of a two-di- mentional nanoparticles array that are near-field coupled with each oth-er and that havetunable plasmonic properties by changing the number of stacked monolayers.
