影像的色彩衰退補償方法

由於顯微鏡先天光學的特性,經由它而攫取的影像常會遭遇到不預期的顏色衰退,其對於影像的分析與應用有極大的影響。本發明提供一顯微鏡影像色彩衰退補償法,來自動修正顯微鏡先天光學取像的缺失。首先為所攫取的兩相鄰部分重疊影像的色彩值(紅、綠、藍)分別建立三個類高斯模型。藉由所有重疊像素點相對於兩影像中心的距離差關係來分別估算此模型色彩值的衰退標準差。最後,藉由所估算的色彩衰退標準差來補償此兩影像原先的類高斯色彩衰退,以得到兩色彩影像回復之結果。 A color degradation compensation approach for microscopic image applications is proposed to automatically modify the degradation due to the optical nature of microscopy. Two images are captured from the microscopy, and they are adjacent and partial overlapping. Three Gaussian-like models are constructed for the color (red, green, and blue) of images. The standard deviations of color degradation are then estimated based on the distance differences of pixels in the overlapping area relative to the center points of two images. Finally, these two color images are restored by compensating Gaussian-like degradations of images according to the estimated standard deviations.
