技術說明

本發明是一種旋轉式脫附電噴灑游離裝置，將放置於一載物平台上的樣品進行脫附游離作用，並朝一質譜儀移動以進行質譜分析，該裝置包含一旋轉機構，及一安裝於該旋轉機構上的脫附游離單元，當該脫附游離單元被該旋轉機構帶動而同步旋轉時，形成的移動軌跡是至少部分重疊於該樣品上，使樣品進行均勻化、平面狀的脫附游離作用，不僅能使樣品被均勻脫附而適用於非平整表面的樣品，還能提高質譜儀離子偵測的靈敏度，進而提高質譜分析效率。本發明亦提供一種質譜系統，包含前述之載物平台、質譜儀，以及旋轉式脫附電噴灑游離裝置。 This present invention provides a rotating desorption electrospray ionization device comprises a rotating apparatus and a desorbing-ionizing unit mounted on the rotating apparatus. When the desorbing-ionizing unit is rotating with the rotating apparatus, the desorbing-ionizing unit will from a motion locus that is subjected on and partly overlapped with a sample, thus the sample could be desorbed and ionized uniformly in a planar fashion. Accordingly, the invention can be used for samples without flat surface, as well as improve the sensitivity and efficiency of the mass spectrometry and analysis. The present invention also provides a mass spectrometer system including a sample platform, a mass spectrometer, and the said rotating desorption electrospray ionization device.
