基於太陽能電池之無線感測標籤WIRELESS SENSOR TAGS BASED ON SOLAR CELL

本發明提供一種基於太陽能電池之無線感測標籤,其包含一太陽能電池、一導電天線部、至少一感應器、一射頻晶片以及一可程式化單晶片。太陽能電池用以產生一電能。導電天線部用以傳導電能。感應器電性連接太陽能電池,感應器用以感測太陽能電池外之一參數資料。射頻晶片電性連接導電天線部及感應器,且射頻晶片以導電天線部傳輸參數資料。可程式化單晶片電性連接太陽能電池、射頻晶片及感應器。利用導電天線部同時傳輸電能及參數資料,藉此縮小無線感測標籤之尺寸。 The present invention provides a wireless sensor tag based on solar cell, comprising a solar cell, a conduct antenna portion, at least a sensor, a radio frequency chip, and a programmable single chip. The solar cell is for producing electric energy. The conduct antenna portion is for conducting electric energy. The sensor is electrically connected to the solar cell for sensing a data which is outside the solar cell. The radio frequency chip is electrically connected to the conduct antenna portion and the sensor, and transmits the data by the conduct antenna portion. The programmable single chip is electrically to the solar cell, the radio frequency chip, and the sensor. Thereby, apply the conduct antenna portion to transmit electric energy and the data in simultaneously for reducing the size of the wireless sensor tag.
