一種類比數位轉換裝置,根據一正相及負相輸入電壓產生一數位信號,且包含一電容陣列電路,依序操作於多個比較週期中,且根據該正相與負相輸入電壓,及分別具有多個位元的一正相與負相控制信號,產生一正相及負相輸出電壓;一比較器,根據該正相及負相輸出電壓產生一比較及比較結束信號;一亞穩態偵測模組,根據該比較結束信號產生一指示是否發生亞穩態的偵測信號;及一連續近似暫存電路,當有亞穩態時,其根據該偵測信號決定該正相及負相控制信號所要調整的位元的邏輯準位,並將該正相控制信號及最後一比較信號進行運算以產生該數位信號。 One analog to digital conversion apparatus includes a capacitor array circuit, which operates more than one sequence of comparison periods, with the difference of the positive phase and the negative phase input voltages, and a plurality of bits that each of them has a positive phase and negative phase control signal, to generate a positive phase and negative phase output voltage. It also has a metastable state detection module, which generates a detection indicating whether metastable signal generation based on the end of comparison signal. It also has a successive approximation staging circuit. When there is a metastable state, the circuit decides which of the positive phase of the detection signal and negative phase control signal to adjust the bit of logic level. It calculates with the positive phase control signal and the final comparison signal to produce the digital signal.
