技術說明

本發明提供一種兼具皮膚美白與抗氧化活性之奈米聚集體及其製造方法，其係將抗壞血酸基脂肪酸酯以及生育酚聚醇脂肪酸酯溶於乙醇溶液中，形成脂相乙醇溶液後，再將此脂相乙醇溶液注射至水溶液中，予以均質化而形成分散液，其中此分散液具有由至少一奈米聚集體所組成之單分子層，但不含磷脂質、膽固醇、上述之混合物及/或其衍生物。此奈米聚集體不僅有效防止抗壞血酸被氧化，提高抗壞血酸基脂肪酸酯之水溶性，兼具皮膚美白與抗氧化活性，且具有較佳的經時安定性與經皮吸收性，可應用於製備局部遞送組成物 A nanoaggregates with skin-whitening and antioxidative activities and a method of preparing the same and application thereof are provided. Ascorbyl fatty acid ester and tocopheryl polyol fatty acid ester are dissolved in ethanol solution to form a lipid-phase ethanol solution. The lipid-phase ethanolsolution is injected into an aqueous solution and homogenized to form a nanoaggregate dispersion. The nanoaggregates are form to a single-molecule layer in the absence of phospholipids, cholesterols, mixtures and/or derivative thereof. Due to the prevention of the oxidation of ascorbic acid, a higher solubility of the ascorbyl fatty acid ester, skin-whitening and antioxidative activities, excellent temporal stability and transpercutaneous efficacy absorption, such nanoaggregate can be applied to the local delivery composition.
