從氨氮廢液回收氨水的方法及用於從氨氮廢液回收氨水的設備

一種從氨氮廢液回收氨水的方法,包含以下步驟:使一氨氮廢液進行加熱以轉變為氨氮蒸氣;使該氨氮蒸氣通過一具有多數個微孔的疏水性薄膜,以從該氨氮蒸氣中分離出氨氣;以溫度範圍為5至10℃的冷凝用水冷凝該氨氣以形成氨水。該方法透過加熱氨氮廢液,形成氨氮蒸氣,以及將氨氮蒸氣通過疏水性薄膜以分離出氨氣(即薄膜蒸餾),再使用冷凝用水將氨氣冷凝以形成氨水的方式,不僅能處理氨氮廢液,且能有效回收氨氮廢液中的氨氮並同時得到氨水。本發明亦提供一種用於從氨氮廢液回收氨水的設備,能有效回收氨氮廢液中的氨氮並同時得到氨水。 In this patent, vacuum membrane distillation (VMD) was used to remove ammonia from electronic industrial wastewater. The effect of the process parameters such as feed ammonia concentration, temperature, pH value, and vacuum pressure on the efficiency of ammonia removal was investigated. Experimental results showed that the ammonia removal efficiency of synthetic water and electronic wastewater was 98% and 81.5% within 120 min, respectively. This indicates that fouling could be a severe problem for VMD performance using in industrial wastewaters. A theoretical model has been developed based on a resistance-in-series model that satisfies with the data those obtained from this study.
