技術說明

近年來，多方研究顯示過度累積的活性氧物質而形成的氧化壓力與許多心血管疾病的成因有關，如高膽固醇血症、動脈粥狀硬化、高血壓、糖尿病與心臟衰竭等。氧化壓力是氧化自由基的生成和抗氧化防禦兩者失衡的結果。隨全球消費者預防保健意識之提升，控制自由基失衡疾病相關機能性食品與類藥物營養劑之需求也日益增加。克弗爾保健機能性已被多方驗證，包括改善乳糖不耐症、提升免疫機能、抑菌活性、抗腫瘤活性、抗氧化作用、降膽固醇作用等。其中，抗氧化性與清除自由基的研究也不少，然多僅限於體外試驗分析。故本研究擬利用疾病動物模式評估克弗爾於自由基失衡衍生疾病之應用潛能。本發明之主要目的在於提供克弗爾乳發酵產物之用途，其係具有改善或治療血管損傷或與其相關疾病之功效，而能作為用以治療與血管損傷或栓塞相關疾病之組合物之有效成份。 The past researches have shown that oxidative stress caused by the excessive accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) are related to cardiovascular disease such as hypercholesterolemia, atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes and heart failure. Therefore, the global consumer has raised the awareness and the demand for functional food ingredients or nutraceuticals to protect the human body from attack by free radicals and thus retard the progress of many chronic diseases. Oxidative stress reflects an imbalance between reactive oxygen species and reactive intermediates. The health benefits of kefir which include reduction of lactose intolerance symptoms, stimulation of the immune system, lowering cholesterol, and anticarcinogenic properties have been verified.
