本發明揭露一種共振腔系統,係包含有:一光源供應裝置,係輸出一光源;以及一共振腔裝置,包含:一第一波導管,係具有一接收該光源之輸入端;一第一共振器,係與該第一波導管相鄰,並接收自該第一波導管內耦合出之該光源,以產生一共振光源;一第二波導管,其一側與該第一共振器相鄰,並具有一接收自該第一共振器耦合出之該共振光源之轉接端;以及一光電調變模組,係與該第二波導管之另一側相鄰,並接收自該第二波導管內耦合出之該共振光源,透過一調變電訊號產生一光調變訊號,並於該第二波導管之該輸出端輸出。 The present invention provides a resonator system which comprises a light source generating device for outputting a light source and a resonating cavity device. The resonating cavity device includes: a first waveguide with an input end for receiving the light source; a first resonator being adjacent to the first waveguide for receiving the light source coupled from the first waveguide; a second waveguide with one end being adjacent to the first resonator, a adapting end for receiving the light source coupled from the first resonator; and an electro-optic modulator being adjacent to the other end of the second waveguide for receiving the light source coupled from the second waveguide and generating an electro-optic modulating signal by an electro-modulating signal outputting from the output end of the second waveguide.
