三軸共平面斜向驅動式平台THREE AXIS ON ONE SURFACE DESIGNED OBLIQUE-DRIVEN PLATFORM

CNC工具機及各種工作平台欲進行一完整加工程序,須透過機構傳動系統、馬達伺服系統、控制系統等多方面整合應用。傳統工具機,工作平台通常以堆疊的方式,使平台擁有X、Y兩軸之方向,研究中提出以三組傳動軸搭配滑軌及軸承,可讓平台在無須堆疊的情況下擁有X、Y及A旋轉軸,並加入斜向驅動機構,此機構主要是利用三角幾何運動轉換,將伺服馬達經由滾珠螺桿所推動之移動量經由三角形幾何關係縮減後,轉換成工作平台進給量的方式,來使受驅動的平台可得到極細進給解析度。而機台則無需使用高規格的伺服元件,即能達到高解析度與高精度的微細加工要求。 CNC machine tools and various work platforms want to be a complete machining process to go through agencies transmission, motor servo systems, control systems, and many other integrated applications. Conventional machine tools, work platforms usually stacked way to make the platform has X, Y two-axis direction, the study proposes three sets of rails and bearings with shaft, allowing the platform to have X without having to stack, Y A rotary shaft and make the machine lightweight, the platform is also joined oblique driving mechanism which is the use of trigonometry motion conversion, the amount of movement of the servo motor via the ball screw driven by the triangular geometry reduction, converted into feed platform way to make the driven feed platform fine resolution can be obtained. The machines do not need to use a high specification servo components, which can achieve high resolution and a high degree of precision micro-machining requirements.
