技術說明

本案係指一種三電晶體控制之低電壓驅動發光元件保 護電路裝置，其包含：一驅動電路，其係包含有一第一及 一第二電晶體，並藉以產生一第一訊號；一負電壓電路， 其係連接該驅動電路，用以將該第一訊號轉換成一第二訊 號並傳送至該發光元件，使該發光元件能因應該第二訊號 之電壓值及一電源值之疊成而被驅動；以及一保護電路， 其係包含有一第三電晶體，且該第三電晶體之兩極端係分 別連接該發光元件，而該第三電晶體之第三極端則連接該 第一及該第二電晶體中NPN電晶體之基極端，藉以控制電 路中該發光元件所接收之電壓能被控制調節，以造成雷射 光穩定輸出。 　 one of three low-voltage control transistor driving the light emitting element protection circuit device, comprising: a driving circuit system comprising a first and a second transistor, and thereby generating a first signal; a negative voltage circuit which is connected to the line drive circuit for converting the first signal into a second signal and transmitted to the light emitting element so that the light-emitting element can be folded due to a voltage value of the second signal and a power value is driven ; and a protection circuit, which the control circuit voltage of the light-emitting element can be received by the control and regulation of transistors, in order to create a stable output light.
