技術說明

降壓式轉換器廣泛應用於數位電路的供電系統中，一般通訊用以及網路通訊機房的AC-DC會產生48V DC匯流排，由於傳統buck轉換器由48V直接產生<3.3V的輸出電壓時，PWM duty<10%，常會造成控制器設計困難以及高切換損失的問題。因此目前採用2級降壓架構，48V DC先由初級轉換器降壓至12V供應各POL，再由POL產生3.3V、2.5V、1.8V、1.5V、1.2V、1V等等不同電壓供應CPU、DRAM以及硬碟使用。 因此本專利提出一種新型的高降壓轉換器，相較於傳統buck電路，有以下3個優點：(1)僅使用單一耦合電感，只需要增加一個對地的主動開關以及小容量電容，且可以以現有的buck控制IC進行驅動。(2)本電路電壓增益不含非線性成分，控制簡單。(3)若開關失效或控制異常而造成其中任一開關持續導通，輸出端也不會看到高電壓，可以保護輸出負載。 In this patent, An ultra high step-down converter is presented, which combines one coupling inductor and one energy-transferring capacitor. Therefore, the corresponding voltage conversion ratio can be much lower than that of the traditional buck converter. As compared with the traditional buck converter, there are two key merits in the proposed converter. One demerit is that the voltage conversion ratio of this converter does not have nonlinearity characteristics, and the other is that if one switch fails or is abnormally controlled, and at the same time any other switch is made turned on, then the high voltage does not appear in the output terminal, so the output load can be protected.
