技術說明

本發明化合物主要結構為胺基二茂鐵的氮上加入各式芳香環取代的，由於二茂鐵本身具有穩定的氧化還原特性以及高HOMO能階特性，利用此特性搭配本身具有電子予體能力的芳香胺基進行改質，使本系列二茂鐵衍生物具有更佳的熱穩定性並仍維持高HOMO能階特性，在本發明中所開發的胺基二茂鐵衍生物能作為有機電激發光二極體(OLED)中的電洞傳輸層或p-型載子產生層，且能使經串聯後的OLED (串聯式OLED)在同電流密度下具有較高的發光亮度、外部量子效率及電流效率等特性。 In this patent we design and synthetize a series of aminoferrocene compound. Because ferrocene have good oxidation-reduction ability and high HOMO level. We add aromatic ring on amine to enhance thermal stability of these compounds, and keep their high HOMO level nature. The aminoferrocene derivatives of this invention can be used as a hole transport layer or a p-type charge generation layer of OLED. The tandem OLED comprising said aminoferrocene derivatives has higher characteristics of luminance、external quantum efficiency and current efficiency.
