足壓感測系統

本發明為一種增進足壓感測之鞋子,主要有兩大特點與功效:一為分區佈滿的拓樸結構設計,每區均由複數個小面積壓力感測器以並聯或串聯方式連接,以避免大面積感測器因足底彎折產生的多餘壓阻,兼具佈滿與抗彎折效應;二為透過凸塊設計將足底與壓力感測器更緊密接觸,提高感測精準度與靈敏度。更明確來說,該載具為一鞋子,由至少一壓力感測墊、至少一控制單元、至少一電力裝置所組成,亦可增一具有複數個凸塊鞋墊;該控制單元為主要處理器,它與該壓力感測器及該電力裝置以電性連結。透過該控制單元內的記憶模組儲存資料或無線模組傳輸資料,以偵測使用者站立或步行時之足壓與運動學特徵,作為步態分析、平衡測量、壓瘡預防、運動效能、疲乏監測等應用。 This invent is an instrumented insole with benefits of anti-bending effect and texture enhancement. The first characteristic is a fully sensor-layout topology which divides a sole into several regions, composed of small-size pressure sensors in parallel or in serial in each region. This can reduce the spurious resistances caused by local bending of insole commonly occurred in large-area sensors. The second characteristic is a textured insole that makes foot and pressure sensors contact tightly and increases accuracy and sensitivity of pressure sensing. A definite application of this invent is to build an instrumented shoe composed of a foot pressure insole, a control unit, a power unit, and an optional texture insole. The control unit is a main processing unit which measures the resistance changes of the insole, and then stores data in a memory module or transmits data wirelessly to other device. The recorded data can be used to detect pressure-related features and kinematics during standing or walking for gait analysis, balance assessment, ulcer prevention, exercise efficacy and fatigue monitoring.
