技術說明

一種多媒體全尺寸立體骨塊手術術前規劃系統，包含一骨塊壓力比對模組、一具有一影 像擷取單元與一影像轉換單元之影像建立模組，及一評估模擬模組。該骨塊壓力比對模組用 來對一骨塊進行比對，並於比對差異處顯示至少一異常標示。該影像擷取單元針對該骨塊進 行掃描並擷取一掃描影像，再藉由該影像轉換單元將該掃描影像轉換成一立體影像。而該評 估模擬模組用來對該立體影像進行影像模擬處理。藉此立體影像之呈現，來輔助醫師於術前 規劃評估的功效，提升手術精準度，並透過資料庫建立完整的臨床案例，而供醫師診斷、研 究、訓練及學習之用。 This patent developed a set of the full scale 3D computer-aided clinical Simulation System of Osteoporotic surgery for foot and ankle, which posses the function of clinical stimulation, regard as a pre-surgery simulation system. Not only include the functions of simulating the calcaneus related osteotomy, shifting, rotation and measurement, but it shows the full scale 3D Digital Model images of calcaneus before and after surgery, 3D distributing information for sole of the foot pressure and 3D full scale foot image provide users the pre-surgery simulation. This system developed a calcaneus pre-surgery module to become multi-media system for users to manipulate the systems easily and make the surgery simulation of the osteoporotic surgery and evaluation system for foot and ankle be more practicable and friendly.
