技術說明

本發明為一種新穎組合之中草藥組合物，包括黃連萃 取物和大黃萃取物。本發明另包含此中草藥組合物的製備方法，以極性溶劑萃取黃連和大黃，再將所得黃連萃取物和大黃萃取物乾燥後，混合可得到本發明之中草藥組合物。而本發明之中草藥組合物具有抑制腫瘤細胞轉移的作用，藉此本發明之中草藥組合物可用以製備抑制腫瘤細胞轉移之藥物。 The present invention relates to a novel herbal composition including Coptis chinensis and Rheum rhabarbarum. The present invention further relates to a method for preparing the herbal composition including extracting Coptis chinensis and Rheum rhabarbarum with polar solvents, drying the Coptis chinensis extract and the Rhubarb extract, and then mixing the Coptis chinensis extract powder and the Rheum rhabarbarum extract powder to obtain the herbal composition. The herbal composition is useful in inhibition of tumor cell metastasis. Therefore, the herbal composition can be used to manufacture drugs for inhibiting tumor cell metastasis.
